Donn Rowe has been a Correction Officer for 27 years.  He began his career in 1982 at Fishkill Correctional Facility and has since worked at Great Meadow, Mt. McGregor and Hale Creek Correctional Facilities.  Donn was elected President of NYSCOPBA in July 2008. He attended college prior to becoming a Correction Officer and was a certified instructor of correction topics while a Correction Officer at Hale Creek. He is currently married and has two wonderful children whom he adores.
