Timothy G. Kremer has been the executive director of the New York State School Boards Association (NYSSBA) since 1998, serving the needs of 680 boards of education and Boards of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) throughout New York. The 56 member NYSSBA staff, headquartered in Latham, provides services in the areas of advocacy, information and research, leadership development and consulting services. Mr. Kremer was employed by the Ohio School Boards Association from 1979-1998. He holds a Master in Public Administration degree from Ohio State University and a B.A. in Political Science from Kent State University. He and his wife, the parents of three sons, live in Voorheesville.
